Rita Chaturvedi

Rita Chaturvedi is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley, currently responsible for Release and Change Management for roughly 1800 applications across Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE platforms. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Thomson Reuters, Deutsche Bank and General Electric (GE) Capital. Rita has held several roles since joining Morgan Stanley in 2010 and has driven transformation initiatives spanning SDLC, Change Implementation Management, Agile, and DevOps. She is a champion for programs focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Employee Engagement, and is a Co-Chair for North America for the Change Agent Network for Technology Transformation. Rita graduated at the top of her MBA class from Banasthali Vidyapith (India) with specialization in Finance and Marketing. She resides in Edison, NJ with her husband and their 2 children. Her prior speaking engagements include 2021 OSSF London and New York as a panelist.
